Bank transfer details will be provided on enquiry and confirmation.
Deposit of 1/3rd of rental payable on booking with the balance to be paid eight weeks before the commencement of the rental.
Non payment shall be deemed as a cancellation of the contract by the client.
For bookings made less than eight weeks before the start of the rental the total fee is payable on booking.
The Owners Obligations.
To provide the specified accommodation in a clean and tidy condition. If a problem is found, the guest should notify the owner immediately so that it can be rectified. In the unlikely event we are unable to fulfil the booking a full refund will be given.
The Guests Obligations
- To pay for any loss or damage caused by the guest or a member of their party.
- To take good care of the property and leave in a tidy and clean condition.
- To permit us reasonable access should it become necessary.
- Not to cause a nuisance to neighbouring properties.
- Not to transfer the booking or exceed number of people booked.
- No pets unless prior agreement.
- Strictly No Smoking inside the property.
Changeover Saturday .. departure 10am .. arrival 3pm
The owners reserve the right to enter the property, end the holiday and ask the guests to leave if there are breaches of contract.
The Owner does not accept responsibility for accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience suffered by the hirer or any other person connected to the letting or to personal belongings whilst in the property or in the grounds of the property.
Cancellation policy.
Guests who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
If you need to cancel your holiday within 30 days of check in the Owner will try to rebook the property but can give no guarantees that this can be achieved.
If the property is rebooked for all or part of the time for which it was booked, credit will be given up to the value of the charge for the rebooking and will not exceed the original booking charge paid, less £50.00 cancellation fee.
The Owner advises that you take out appropriate insurance to cover the cost of cancellation.
